You can also use another method to get their IPs.

1. Firstly chat through Facebook for the victim (just send them a message and wait for a single reply)
2. After getting the answer (your friend is on Facebook online)
3. Open CMD by (type Windows + R then CMD)
4. Paste this command netstat -an (by this command you see many IPs)
5. Focus on all IP addresses
6. Then go to the IP tracker
7. Check each IP address in the map and find the correct IP
8. done! You get the IP address of your friends/victim's system through chat 

How to hack [get access to] Pc/computer With Its Ip Address By Using CMD Prompt:-

When you get the exact IP address of your friend or another computer, follow the steps given below:-

1. Scan the open ports of this IP address that you found above.[You Can Scan Open Ports By Clicking here]
2. This will list all the open ports of the Victim's PC or computer. (Ex: Port 66)
3. After the IP is open port.
4. Open the Cmd and type this command telnet [Ip address Of  Friend] [Port No]                    Eg: telnet 128.24.55.72 66
5. Now you will be asked to enter login information, just type in username and password and press enter.
6. If no password is used then type the username of their PC or computer.
7. done! You reach their pc

Now you can access their entire computer system, all their files and folders, photos, videos, and any other files stored in the hard disk.
